The Sutton family founded Sutton Real Estate in 1990 as a family owned business focused on meeting the real estate needs of local buyers and sellers with the very best in customer service.
What is your primary product or service?
In 1996, aware of the rapidly changing face of real estate due to technological advances, the advent of the Northwest Multiple Listing Service (NWMLS), and the impact of the internet on real estate marketing, the Sutton family decided to redefine the real estate industry by implementing their 1% real service listing program that continues to this day to save sellers thousands of dollars on the sale of their home.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Hello, my name is Karen Sutton Jeffries, I have been in the real estate business since 1988. After working for several other real estate companies, my family and I decided to start a company where we could put to work the things we believe would better facilitate buyers and sellers, providing them with the best possible representation and services, while saving them literally thousands of dollars. I am very pleased to say that we have had the good fortune of seeing our dreams turned into reality. You might say I have been around the block a few times, doing many millions of dollars in transactions each year, ranking in the top 1% of the industry for listing and sales since 1998. I have been awarded numerous honors of achievement for listing volume and sales and have had the great privilege of training and working with Sutton Associates throughout the years. I am committed to putting my experience and knowledge to work for you. How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Other real estate companies offer savings for reduced commissions and/or reduced services but Sutton Real Estate provides real listing service to all of our sellers for just 1% while maintaining a full 3% commission to buyer’s agents, motivating them to show and sell our listings.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We at Sutton have only one location but we service many areas. Due to the technological advances of today we are able to fully service ALL of King, Peirce and Snohomish County's as well as parts of Skagit and Turston.

From I-5 take exit 183 for 164th St SW. Go East on 164th St SW. Turn left at Cascadian Way. We are the log cabin immediately to your right.
